First class receptionist followed by excellent medical care.
I used the new online appointment system this morning. It was straightforward to use and a doctor called me within half an hour on a Monday morning.
Very rude receptionist the don’t have any respect
Have they given up caring or are they just so disorganised and overstretched that even serious issues fall through the cracks? Also face to face offered in the surgery but just telephone appointment if housebound, isnt that discriminatory?
Not worth even mentioning might actually be no doctor there as the staff won’t even let you book a visit too see one
