We were residents here for five years, across two units, and never missed a rent payment. The apartment was comfortable and we were happy for most of that time. What I can't get past is how it ended. We sent written notice that we weren't renewing on June 30. Nobody answered for almost two weeks — we emailed, we called, we tried the app. When someone finally replied, they apologized for the office not responding. Wow, some of these reviews sound a bit targeted. Don’t let someone’s personal experience with a property manager completely affect how you view an entire apartment community. The staff are human, and like anyone else, they can make mistakes from time to time. At the end of the day, it’s apartment living! You’re living around people you don’t know, and unfortunately, a lot of newer construction comes with thinner walls.
