Update: 9/4/25 Conversations were had and Jyline completely understands the issues, things have been improving pretty quickly. The nasty dumpster is gone, and the other dumpster is cleaned up for now. Management/Owners needs to support the office staff and maintenance in my opinion, as they can only do so much. I'm very happy living here. It's beautiful and clean. Andrew and Jyline in the office are wonderful. Love them!!
My thoughts are this place is just okay. There are no car parking decals limiting the number of cars per unit or prohibiting guests from using up all the spaces. Most times have to park at the next closest building. If you park along the road for oh say 10 minutes you will be finding a tow truck pulling your car away. And the new Package Locker Room is horrible. Shelves are labeled by building and apartment range but Vendors just toss your items on any shelf and half the time cannot locate my packages. Been here 3 years now, management and office staff has changed multiple times, maintenance workers arrested for theft, can’t get a reply from the office on the “new and improved app” that we have to use but they will 100% let you know about the next food truck that will be parked out front. The trash is gross, peoples balconies are filled with trash and boxes like a storage unit.
