On September 19, my husband was feeling quite unwell & we rushed to this Clinic which is the closest to our residence. Although we have never seen a GP at this Clinic, even without an appointment they attended on him & did an ECG which showed changes and they immediately gave some emergency meds & called for an Ambulance. TLDR:Booked for 1:30 pm, doctor called at 5:20 pm — unacceptable wait and dismissive communication from reception. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled for 1:30 pm but did not receive a call until 5:20 pm. During that time, I had to phone reception twice for updates. On the first call, I was told telehealth appointments are not at a set time and that I should hear from the doctor by 5:00 pm. Dr. Saru is our family’s trusted doctor. We’ve been seeing her for years, and she takes excellent care of all of us. Her medical expertise and compassionate approach make all the difference, especially when it comes to my young kids. We always feel reassured and well taken care of.
I visited this clinic on the 9/08/25 when needing an appointment ASAP. The two women at reception were so kind and professional. I saw Dr. David and he is such a nice doctor who demonstrated patience and understanding. He ensured to go through my current details before getting to the reason of my appointment, which is so important and in my experience, isn't common when seeing a new doctor. He genuinely cares for the patients he sees and it's evident. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new family doctor.
