Dr. Saru is our family’s trusted doctor. We’ve been seeing her for years, and she takes excellent care of all of us. Her medical expertise and compassionate approach make all the difference, especially when it comes to my young kids. We always feel reassured and well taken care of.
I visited this clinic on the 9/08/25 when needing an appointment ASAP. The two women at reception were so kind and professional. I saw Dr. David and he is such a nice doctor who demonstrated patience and understanding. He ensured to go through my current details before getting to the reason of my appointment, which is so important and in my experience, isn't common when seeing a new doctor. He genuinely cares for the patients he sees and it's evident. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new family doctor.
There are some amazing doctors at this clinic but Dr Saru isn’t one of them. She told me I had to get the chickenpox vaccine and sent the code for me to get it from the chemist to bring it back to get it administered. Turns out the code she had sent wasn’t for chickenpox and I was administered with the wrong vaccine. Also on multiple occasions I have been left waiting for 40-50 minutes (often with a toddler). If I could give you no stars I would. Imagine being told after years of coming to this GP clinic that they want to ‘cut ties with you’. For absolutely no reason other than ‘it was the new practice managers decision’. They refused to provide me with my outstanding test results and basically told me go away. I honestly have no words to describe how upset and angry I am. Isn’t your GP supposed to support you through your health struggles? I feel like I’ve been kicked and spat on. Nurse Dee was incredible!!! Our daughter had a split eye the clinic saw her so quickly with no appointment for it being an emergency. We are SO grateful for her care and attention, very informative nursing staff, incredible medical team. Dr David kindly saw her so quickly... Highly recommend!!!!!
