The lady at the front desk A Really rude all I said was hello. How was your day? She said with the rude attitude do you have a delivery and told me I need to get out the building so I left the delivery at the front desk and walked away and told the Uber person she would have to get it from downstairs cause she wouldn’t let me up to drop it off to the 28th floor.
Really nice building.
The parking attendant was very rude. I asked her 2 questions because I couldn’t get out of the parking garage due to the machine not reading my ticket and I called to get assistance. First I asked if they did parking validation just as a courtesy to it, then I tried to ask if they accepted Apple Pay and she hung up after she said on the phone to me that “we don’t do validation and I was just trying to get out of paying”. The receptionist has problems in her life to treat people as she treats them, the worst treatment of a receptionist, they must resplace her because they are having a very bad reputation to the building because of her.
Had a terrible experience dropping off an order for food delivery by the concierge in the leasing office. She works the night shift and she was incredibly rude towards me. She claimed that I rang the buzzer outside of the entrance door for "too long" and that I only needed to press the button "one time". If that's the case there needs to be a sign posted outside of the apartment building that lets people know to not buzz the button more than once.
