My experience at this property was awesome. The property manager and assistant manager was very helpful and even though I could not make my mind up, they did not get frustrated or show any kind of anger towards me . Maintenance was very respectful and friendly. Overall, this was one of the best experience I had searching for an apartment because that is very stressful and they made me feel safe and welcome to here
Office personnel are friendly until you sign a lease. Then they do not react to maintenance issues. Sometimes it takes months to fix something. No one cleans territory in the community. Cockroaches are very bad here. Management usually convinces people to sign a lease with the number of issues in an apartment and then they are not going to fix a thing. Do not recommend this place at all.
Pros: Location Cons: Disrespectful and sketchy management Extreme cockroaches Poor maintenance Outdated and old appliances that are going out of order frequently, in combination with 4-8 weeks maintenance response Not working gates Dirty territory Poor lighting on the territory, does not feel safe to go outside in evening time
