Does anybody know how we can get our deposit refund fast? Anybody we can reach to escalate our concern? Update: They processed the refund but there are discrepancies on recorded move in date , notice of ending contract and move out date. Advice: Please if you move out make sure their record shows the right dates because it will affect your refund. Once they resolve the refund, they send refund and they seem not to care about the wrong records they got.
If i could give an half a star i would, apartment issues and non communicational office managers Maintenance. rent is due every month yet we cant get answers of why so many issues are not fixed.
