Charged me for a simple diagnosis... but listed issues I didnt ask them to check (to generate business), and didn't give me critical info I needed to make the best repair decision. So-called "store manager", JB, has customer service skills of a ROCK ! Go elsewhere!!!
Horrible experience! Incomplete diagnosis and shoddy repair... total waste of time and money ! AVOID!!!
Autotrends has been taking care of my car since I bought it in 2005. Cannot speak highly enough for everyone that works there. Had quote from dealer saying my car needed x, y, z immediately. Took car to Autotrends and they said, absolutely not, x and y had obviously just been done and z was not a "have to do it now" item. They also explained exactly what was needed, why it was needed and when it would be needed. They have always been honest, up front and hard working.
