They shouldn’t be in business for telling me my items delivered when they were out of stock. And then NEVER reached out. Never tried to make it right. They just hoped I wouldn’t reach out so they could keep my money. They didn’t even issue a refund until I called them about it!! Lazy and VERY unprofessional.
My order was out of stock and they let me know swiftly that it had to be cancelled and they issued a refund also in a timely manner. Also every time o left a message when I couldn’t reach someone they called me back asap to talk to me about my prefer. Great service
I ordered a replacement bumper but found another one locally so canceled the order. A refund was processed promptly and I am happy with the results.
