Our Honda Fit had charging system issues driving down I-84 on a cross-country move. After the dealership in Boise did nothing to fix the issue, we limped into Twin Falls. Logan diagnosed the issue (alternator) immediately and got us back on the road as soon as the parts came in the next day. Thanks to Logan and the team for helping us out on short notice and at a fair price.
My family and I were coming to twin falls for our baby dr appointment and we took our truck that sat for 3 yrs and when we got to twin we pulled into parking lot and the radiator started to leak so I got online looking for a mechanic that would be able to get us on the road again and came across Logan at the automotive shop who got us back on the road then the day we were leaving the truck had a misfire called Logan and got it to his shop got truck fixed. I was on my way from Salt Lake to Boise when my diesel LR Discovery needed immediate assistance early Saturday morning in Jerome, just outside of Twin Falls. I’m so thankful it happened there. After quickly searching for the best car repair nearby, I found The Automotive Shop. That’s where I met Logan, who turned out to be an absolute diesel expert. He was not only friendly and professional but incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much everything. I wholeheartedly recommend trusting him with your vehicle!
These guys were great when my daughter and I needed an emergency auto repair during a road trip. Helped us out at 8pm on a Saturday and we were back on the road. Very reasonably priced, as well. Highly recommend.
Logan rescued me on the side of the road when nothing else was open. My trailer axel blew out while moving cross country & I would have been stuck in Twin Falls for the night, if not for Logan. He was fast, professional, and extremely helpful! I definitely recommend calling this shop if you need help!
