My review is a little late. Our class A motorhome lost it's engine in Jackpot NV on January 1st. Called and had it towed to Jermone ID. The shop is open 7 days a week and Logan was great. Had the new motor in 3 days and he said it would be installed in 2 weeks. Yes it was expensive but we were treated well. Drove it to Vegas and all was good. Logan and Izzy were on top of it. They got me photos and an estimate for the transmission quickly, which made everything much easier. It is always nice dealing with a small business that communicates well and does not drag things out. Really appreciate the fast, helpful service.
Really friendly crew here and they do great work. Fixed up my car in short order on my travels through the area (got a diagnosis at 9:50PM on a Friday!), saved me several nights of expensive hotels and I managed to get home in time for Canada Day with my friends. Can't recommend them enough!
Went for a walk in to get my A/C recharged. They did a thorough job by making sure they were no leaks and that my system was functioning and working properly! They made me go from burning in the sun to having the winter breeze in my car! For a walk in it didn't take very long either! They have a really good business and honest people! They are very understanding and accommodating! Give them a call for your next repair, they wont let you down!
They were able to get my car in quick, when everyone else I called they were scheduled out 2 months out. I have a fiat and most did not even want to work on it. These guys were quick and thorough. The detailed report had pictures of everything before they worked on it. I was impressed and thankful for their help.
