If i could give negative stars...I would. The absolute worst supplier I have dealt with in 4 years in the promotional products business. They took 4 weeks longer than promised to deliver my order despite weekly and finally daily calls and emails. Calls and emails were ignored. When I finally 'caught' someone to answer the phone I was offered only excuses. They quoted me one price, accepted the order, and 5 weeks later (when the order was supposed to be delivered) told me that it could not be manufactured as ordered, but it c... read more
