Great customer service!
Due to being in sales, I am in multiple businesses across the New River Valley. Within the last few months, I was in Brandon's business several times. Not trying to spy on him or on his crew, I overheard several conversations about work done on customer's cars. I have to say I heard Brandon several times say things to his staff that decreased what customers were charged overall.
