Excellent dealership! From the sales team to the service department, I couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience.
The only genuine Mercedes dealership where I’ve experienced both fair and pleasant service. Service, parts, and shuttle crew are excellent. Pricing is fair for genuine work and operations are highly transparent. Other dealerships in larger areas fleece you at any opportunity. I miss them dearly now that I’ve moved away.
I had a problem with my Mercedes and I figured to go to the dealership not just any car mechanic, very disappointed in the Mercedes service and parts department, the least helpful people, Michael the service manger clearly dislike his jobs and it shows , I spent $300 diagnostic fee only to tell me what I already told when I brought the car to them and I left with no answer , went to the parts department to check on a part price and the parts manger with even less helpful but much ruder than the service department. Their service department leaves much to be desired when you want anything more than basic scheduled maintenance. Unfortunately this appears to the new "norm" and not just for this brand.
