Automaster is simply the best and I have been a customer for over 20 years and not going anywhere! The service last week exceeded expectations.
Repair of noisy indoor fan was on time, took exactly as long as promised, and was reasonable. Happy. However, Honda Clarity PHeV audio system was not outputting any sound, and diagnosis was a new radio/amp. The quote was $4200.00 which is outrageously priced and refused. Used units for the car are available on E-Bay for $85.00. No such option was offered by dealer. Not happy.
Honesty, pride in work, attention to detail, and listening to the client is not something you find at dealerships. But. You do here. In fact, this is probably the most honest DEALERSHIP I've ever been too. Knowledgeable, capable, and friendly staff who don't try to oversell, and will give you a detailed explanation to help you better understand the issue so you KNOW you're not getting screwed.
