My husband and I both had our windshields replaced by a young man who is not experienced enough. First trip out, he had the wrong windshields. Second trip out, he didn't clean up the glass inside. Now my windshield makes a loud whistling sound to which I was told they would do nothing about and my husband's a/c no longer works unless on defrost. I asked for a more experienced technician, as I recognize it's a family business and maybe Dad (or someone else) could fix son's mistakes but son was the only one who came.
