In general, the service of this branch has been good. However, we purchased the extended warranty through their sales team and have been told that for an upcoming repair that's covered by the extended warranty it is OUR responsibility to notify them that we have said extended warranty, or they aren't responsible for honoring it. This is absolutely asinine. There are a million ways to easily denote customers who have this warranty in one's computer system, *especially* if the package was purchased at your dealership. Service was great
Came in w a friend and she walked out w a car. They met the price she wanted.
My vehicle broke down 7 days ago. The tow truck didn’t arrive until 2 days later, and the dealership still hasn’t even looked at my car. The vehicle is covered under warranty, yet I haven’t received any updates or clear answers. They also refused to provide a loaner vehicle, even after I explained three separate times that the car is practically new with only 14,000 miles and that I have a 13-month-old baby.
