Came in w a friend and she walked out w a car. They met the price she wanted.
My vehicle broke down 7 days ago. The tow truck didn’t arrive until 2 days later, and the dealership still hasn’t even looked at my car. The vehicle is covered under warranty, yet I haven’t received any updates or clear answers. They also refused to provide a loaner vehicle, even after I explained three separate times that the car is practically new with only 14,000 miles and that I have a 13-month-old baby. We purchased a used 2021 VW Tiguan that was represented as fully inspected, mechanically sound, VW Certified, and backed by a clean CARFAX report.
