I bought a 2012 Audi Q5 from them that clearly needed new brake rotors. They agreed to "fix the brakes". Come to find out, they replaced the rotors and NOT the brake pads, which is big no no. I've spoken with 15 mechanics, including two other Subaru dealerships, who stated emphatically that no reputable dealer would replace rotors and not the pads. Now, with only 600 miles on the new rotors/old pads, the old pads have damaged the new rotors, and this dealership wants me to pay them $600 to replace the pads and fix the damage... read more
