At 328,000 miles, I spoke with Service Writer Musa, who I worked with many times in the past on maintaining my 2013 Subaru Outback. He recommended the 120,000 maintenance according to the Subaru maintenance schedule. Musa was able was able to save me money by taking the initiative locating online coupons to lower the price. The Service Representative was prompt, and courteous. Service was handled efficiently. In and out in under an hour.
I just went in for an oil change and a checkup with the usual set of expectations for any car place. They got it done for a better price than valvoline, didn’t foist any further repairs on me after their survey, and even gave me a courtesy car wash. So yeah basically great place, polite people, good service. Take your subaru here. They also have a killer coffee machine.
