THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I was looking at a Volvo on Facebook Marketplace. I’ve been taken for a ride before so wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done. I called this place and my call was answered and booked immediately. They got the work up done in a very fair time. They sent photos of the whole thing, inside and out. Added comments on the condition of the car as well as what they would do in my shoes, and were just overall very transparent, upfront and helpful with this whole ordeal. I’ve been coming to Auto Works for about a year, and I couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve had major work done on my TDI Audi, including suspension work, a frost heater, a timing belt, and a new DMF. Their craftsmanship is exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done on my car. The team genuinely cares about your car and the customer experience. Highly recommend!
We got towed into Bozeman from about 40 miles away, well after closing time on a Thursday. When we showed up first thing Friday morning, there was no guarantee that there would be time in the schedule to look at our car, but they made a miracle happen and got us back on the road by the early afternoon! We were so happy to find this crew!
