Called them to ask about an appointment and they immediately shut me down when I mentioned my vehicles head gasket needed replacement, I understood that it was a complicated job in this car, that was why they were recommended to me
I have spent thousands of dollars on fixing my vehicles there in the past, and they were expensive, but they got the job done, and done well. Now they can't even be bothered to answer the phone or call you back. Pretty disappointing to go from my go to shop to my don't bother shop.
Wow! $175 for an oil change! Have had other services done by them and were happy but dang!
I can’t recommend Auto Works enough! They are incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable—and to top it all off, their pricing is more than fair. Every time I bring a vehicle in, I feel completely taken care of. I trust them with everything and always leave feeling confident in the work they’ve done. It’s rare to find a shop with this much integrity and care. Grateful to have them in my corner!
My husband and I recommend work here often - this is a WONDERFUL family and they do an exceptional job.
