I’ve been coming to Auto Works for about a year, and I couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve had major work done on my TDI Audi, including suspension work, a frost heater, a timing belt, and a new DMF. Their craftsmanship is exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done on my car. The team genuinely cares about your car and the customer experience. Highly recommend!
We got towed into Bozeman from about 40 miles away, well after closing time on a Thursday. When we showed up first thing Friday morning, there was no guarantee that there would be time in the schedule to look at our car, but they made a miracle happen and got us back on the road by the early afternoon! We were so happy to find this crew!
Called them to ask about an appointment and they immediately shut me down when I mentioned my vehicles head gasket needed replacement, I understood that it was a complicated job in this car, that was why they were recommended to me
I have spent thousands of dollars on fixing my vehicles there in the past, and they were expensive, but they got the job done, and done well. Now they can't even be bothered to answer the phone or call you back. Pretty disappointing to go from my go to shop to my don't bother shop.
