Somewhat responsive but at the end of the day unprofessional. A little pushy & no real customer service. Chris speaks to you as if you are his friend and not their customer. Very vague in their explanation when the CUSTOMER has questions. Even an overzealous buyer like myself who was willing to purchase without physically seeing the vehicle. Never gave a call.
