went here was told that my vehicle was to muddy and even after running it twice it didn't clean my vehicle. was told i needed to wash it before i brought it to the car wash. they really did a terrible job . will never go back wash tub all the way . so if you have a muddy vehicle first they will say it should have been washed first then they act like 23 dollars isn't very much. was washing Three to four vehicles a month . now going to the wash tub
There is free services as advertised on the website there is also no sign that says the vacuums are not free use even though they copy the appearance of free use vacuums that most people use around the state there is also people that will wait until you try to park and use the vacuums that appear free and that are advertised as free online. They will then ask you rudely to either pay for a car wash or get out. grossssss
Been coming here for years , but never coming again. Seen one of the workers yelling at people like cattle to move up the line . I thought this was a car wash, not a factory. These are paying customers and to tell and people like they are nothing blew my mind. Don’t work there if you ain’t happy with your job, people are just trying to wash their car. You don’t know if that’s someone’s wife or daughter or any relative at that your are yelling at. Step it up Auto Spa and get with the program
I posted a review yesterday that fueled on exhaustion and emotion. I received a call from the owner Lisa and she guarantees that she will make it right. Please disregard the previous review, I will purchase a membership next visit.
I met the owner at a local event here in Kerrville. I explained I left Smitty's. Because they raised the prices when they said they wouldn't. She assured me if I came to this location that would not happen. Four months later they raise the prices. Did not notify anybody. I did not see any flyers on the doors I took pictures. No flyers on the vacuums. The website's been down forever so there's nothing there. I'm a student and I'm on a budget.
