I don't usually write many ratings on here however after buying the Mini Cooper from here a couple months ago I had to. We had a series of unfortunate events which obviously happens with used vehicles, the spark plugs needed replaced almost instantly and they took the initiative to cover it. Then not long after we had more problems (just my luck) and I figured because we opted out of the warranty we would be liable. They also paid for this repair instantly ($1650) . Unresponsive communication.If you don’t wanna sell your cars,don’t put them in the market!!!
Pros: Jay was friendly and cohesive to work with. He was Honestly the best part of the experience. They also did in the end make the situation right by reimbursing us for rental vehicle costs and our cost for independent repairs on the vehicle. While the vehicle has required repairs post purchase, that is the nature of an older German vehicle. We have put nearly 10k km on it since purchase. I had a great experience buying my SUV here. Jay was my salesman, there was no pressure and the sale was quick and easy. Thay have a nice size inventory to choose from with reasonable pricing
