They were friendly enough to try to work with my extended warranty company, but my extended warranty company sent out an inspector and found that the majority of the work that the auto shop stated was needed, was in fact not needed at all. This was later confirmed by another automotive repair shop that the rear shock absorbers were in good condition. Prompt, professional service with an easy to understand diagnosis of my repair bill coupled with a unique RED-YELLOW-GREEN diagram showing future recommended services. I even received some free swag in the form of t-shirt(s) and a hat. The Auto Shop is my new "go-to" mechanic in Jeff City!
