Customer service is great, and staff is friendly. Knowledgeable about Tesla vehicles if that is what you drive. I recommend them highly.

Fraud Alert. Please do not use this company. Will lie and attempt to push unnecessary services - up to the tune of over $3000. Truly research everything they say needs to be done.
Absolutely loved this shop and the employees. The atmosphere is welcoming and they are very eager to hear you out and explain things to you. I sat there for 4 hours and heard how well they explained things. (I stayed completely by choice because they offer complimentary rides to where you need to go and back once your vehicle is done.) They offer snacks and drinks in the waiting room that include some pretty comfy couches as well as some toys for the kids to play with.
