I discovered the Auto Shop as a AAA-approved facility. It's locally owned and operated by a very nice family. I feel I'm always treated with respect and treated fairly. I have a car about 10 years old and they keep her running in tip-top shape! It's a family-friendly place with lots of smiling faces! As a woman, I've never felt disrespected or that anyone was trying to cheat me. I can't recommend them enough!
Jeremy & his crew has been a great help to me & my car as well as keeping my dad in the loop on the entire process. Being 6 hours away is never easy, but Jeremy makes sure my car stays on the road while I’m far from home. A huge thank you for getting my car into the shop quickly and getting her back to me in a reasonable time.
After being referred to the Auto Shop by several happy customers, I took in my car to have a few minor repairs. They quickly scheduled me an appointment and did an inspection of my car. They diagnosed it with needing a new chip and bad shocks. They ordered parts quickly and Marie even arranged a ride for me to and from my work. The staff was extremely nice! I will be doing all of my business with The Auto Shop. Thank you!
The auto shop is my choice for my automotive needs. It's always quality work with quality parts. Never need to return for work improperly done. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable of my questions.
They always take good care of me and my car Moses! Family owned and I trust them. They always have my best interest in mind and keep my car maintained so I can keep Moses on the road and have peace of mind!!
Their prices are simply too high. They wanted more than 2x mark on materials. Guy at the front was named Jeremy. Seemed really dis-concerned, unknowledgable, talked to me in double speak, and seemed like he just got yelled at a lot. Said their prices were high because they needed to put food on the table. Judging by their physical appearance they all seemed like they ate 10+ times a day. If you want reasonable auto repair, I would not recommend this place.
They are always very friendly and go above and beyond to try to get my car back to me. Give me rides, are very personable and Nation Wide Warranty is great to have for peace of mind! They know me when I walk in and are honest and very well trained, educated in their Skill
