Awful place. My daughter had her tires done at discount tires. The tire shop recommended the auto shop at 3211 cypress creek pkwy to get her wheel alignment. They gave her a discount coupon to give to them. To make a long story short when she arrived up there they were rude and very nasty towards her. They refused to assist her and told her to go to another shop for services. I'm sure it was because she was African American. It's true a lot of them don't like blacks and refuse to serve them.
