I had an excellent experience with this auto shop from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest, professional, and truly cares about their customers
I have struggled to find a auto shop/car mechanic that I trust but I heard about Auto Medic through a friend and brought my new, used car in to have it looked at to make sure there were no issues. Eli scheduled me and was patient and easy to talk with. Cory did a deep inspection of my car and made sure there were no issues and went over all of his findings with me which was reassuring. I found my new auto shop/mechanic.
I needed my 2017 Murano prepped for a road trip to Cocoa beach. It was having a low idle issue. Cory diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs and the issue is gone. We had a safe and amazing trip!
Excellent service. I took the Nissan Armada we were looking to purchase. After a series of questions they checked it out and came back with great news on the vehicle. Super friendly and they were able to accommodate us on short notice which was a huge plus as we were very short on timing. Would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again!
