I bought a used Toyota Rav4 knowing it needed new wheel bearings. Auto Medic Mason scheduled the work within a few days and replaced both rear bearings same day. The price was fair and service excellent. I've found the shop I will trust any future auto repairs with.

Absolute rip-off and terrible customer service. My wife literally had our car at the Acura dealer 2 weeks ago for a recall, and they gave us a written status report quoting $328 for rear brakes and rotors with OEM parts. Since this shop is only 10 minutes away from us here in Mason, I figured I’d support a local business instead. I called the owner beforehand, asked him to give us a fair price, and told him I’d be paying for it. They ended up charging us $484 and took 3 hours!
