I had a great experience with Dan at The Auto Lounge in Ball Ground, Georgia. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he was honest, transparent, and extremely communicative, which made the experience easy and stress free. Can't recommend this place enough. Dan and his crew were honest and pointed out all issues my car was having and recommended what needed to be done. I've had two significant repairs done here and they got it done in great time and without issue. Dan went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care off. They also provided pictures and updates on the service. Thank you guys so much! I will definitely be back.
