I am extremely pleased with the service received from The Auto Healer and my technician Rich today. Rich went over and above to identify why my new air conditioner was not blowing cold air. He took the car for a drive as when he started car it worked fine. After a while of driving my car he as able to identify the issue, purchase the part and fix air conditioner. I have had my 2017 Acura RDX in five times for the Air Conditioner blowing hot air. This has going on for a year and a half. Three time to a private company and twice to the dealer. It obvious had a leak no one could find. Rich from Auto healer spent two hours diagnosing the problem. His opinion was 9/10 it was evaporator . He was right. Dangerous, incompetent, and unethical We had a terrible experience with Auto Healer and specifically with James, the mechanic assigned to our vehicle. Don't risk it with them. Believing all the great reviews we called for quote. We were quoted over $3,600, we paid for some services for a total of $841.16 Despite spending a significant amount of money here, we later found out from a second opinion that the engine was already done. The coolest mechanics you'll ever meet. I've met two of these men, and they're super easy going. They tell you the issue with the car and keep it real. They answer your questions ans are very professional. Truly appreciate all of their help with my car. Definitely recommend. Update: today, rich came to my home again and he fixed my father 2013 kia optima that had went completely dead. Rich is such a cool guy; we're grateful for the help. He saved us from losing that car.
