I have worked in the automotive business for a total of 20+ years. Since leaving, I have struggled to find a shop that I could trust and not question their work or their charges on the invoice. After dealing with a number of local repair shops, sometime ago I landed with Bob and The Auto Guys . Can’t say enough good things about these guys. My truck has never run better! Thanks, Auto Guys, for your attention to detail and more than fair pricing.
Trustworthy Mechanic/Highly recommend! The dealership said that I needed new front brakes, but Auto Guys inspected the brakes and showed me that I didn’t! As a senior on a fixed income, I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity.
This business kept my car for 10 days and refused to work on it finally on day 10 that they would take in all other vehicles before mine. They had the parts to fix it in stock as well. I had to have it towed to a different repair shop. In the end it cost me 14 days of a rental car plus the cost of the repair at the other shop. I am not happy or satisfied at all.
This place is fairly priced, honest and so friendly. Plus super speedy service and thorough! 5 stars!
