Needed new battery. Called for a quote, Bob was very pleasant on phone and pleased to find out I got a discount for being a CAA Member. Made an appointment the next day. Service was quick and was even more pleased to find out my payment also got me a discount on my next annual CAA Membership. Great local automotive shop!
