I bought an SUV from this place more than a month ago and I called the owner probably 4 times already about my title. I haven’t received it and the car had a check engine light the first week I had it. The owner -Kenny- always says he will call back but never does it. I’m reporting it to BBB. Unacceptable and unprofessional treatment. I need my title since I paid for “dealer fees” that include title, registration and taxes. I still don’t have the title in hand.
I thought that the vehicle I purchased was nice, it was actually a bag of large grapefruits! The sad thing about it is this person knew this and didn’t care anything about my life being in jeopardy! WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR MY TAG RENEWAL, I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEEDED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER OF THE USED CAR LOT REGARDING THE INCOMPLETE PAPERWORK!
