We were 800 miles from home, on our way to Crystal Falls from the Keweenaw when our tow vehicle’s temperature gauge wasn’t responding, the AC stopped working in 80+ degree heat, and the truck engine fan kept running when the truck was off. Since we have a Chevy Colorado, we called a Chevy dealership enroute and was told we’d have to wait two weeks for them to look at the truck. When I called for towing service, due to a flat tire on my camper trailer they encouraged me to find somebody closer, gave me a referral and did some research on tires for me. I am grateful for their kindness and direction to help get my family back on the road thank you so much.
My car broke down in Crystal Falls and I called multiple times within their business hours and was sent to voicemail. I left a message with no response for the day. Luckily my insurance company was able to find someone in Iron Mountain to come all the way down and assist me. (I am sorry for any loses in regards to your comment. Being the only towing company in town you should probably post about it in some way or put it on your voicemail so people can be respectful about it instead of trying to make them look bad when the fr... read more
