This mechanic is so honest. I am going to be in the desert for a while in extreme heat and I had read online that an old serpentine belt can cause the car to break down. He was honest and told me It doesn't need to be changed and that its in good condition. I left without him taking a dollar from me. I can imagine that most will do it anyway and try to sell you unnecessary work. I will be recommending this mechanic and going to him for all my future car needs.
Awesome work
This is for a phone call interaction. In the past, I have taken my care for repair and the work was excellent. This time around I call in inquire about some misfires on my gas engine on a hybrid car and as soon as I mentioned that he said “we don’t work on hybrids buddy” and hung up on me mid sentence. Good customer service and interaction goes a long way long way, but not this time.
Claudio is such an amazing person. I have been taking my car to him since 2 years. I have always gotten an honest inspection on the car. He won’t charge me for inspection. He would never ask me to get anything done that isn’t necessary. As a young woman, I always feel people would rip me off but I never have to give it a second thought with Claudio. He is a very honest, hardworking person! I have a 2015 car but with his expertise, it has never given me any trouble!! I would 10/10 recommend coming to him :)
