The guys are awesome . First of all the end job was AMAZING, they gave choice in each step of the process whether it was reconditioned parts or new . Once diagnosed and our options chosen the work was done punctually and professional . They helped me maintain my budget and gave genuine advice , but ultimately let me choose and gave me every price option . Very courteous and professional. I felt comfortable every step . Thank you so much Charlie and team .
Recently my vehicle was smashed into in my local shopping centre carpark by someone who did not see me. My front passenger mudguard was stoved in and the front wheel and suspension was leaning inwards at a nasty angle. Not a massive amount of damage but certainly bad enough. Iv'e just had repairs done on my VW Golf with these guys and this was a very positive experience! The quality of the repairs was fantastic and they went out of their way to fix a couple of other extra little scuffs on my paintwork so my car came back looking like new. They picked up my car and dropped off a complimentary loan car and paid half of my excess. I'm a single parent so this service was so appreciated. I highly recommend this repair shop!
