If I could give them 100 stars I would. Kim and her team make you feel at home when you’re in the salon. You’re not just a client.. you’re a friend! Kim goes beyond hair.. she has a passion for people and your life beyond her chair. I’ve gotten K tip extensions as well as welfs. I did a a lot of research before choosing Kim. She came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint!
I can’t say enough good things about Kim! I first came to her after a complete hair extension disaster with tape-ins that needed a serious game plan (and a lot of patience) to fix. She took the time to carefully remove everything and came up with a new plan to get me back on track with my hair goals. Kim and her staff are kind and offer nothing but the best talent for hair extensions in NE. They are skilled, helpful when you need to get in for a quick touch up and listen well. They don’t tell you what you want to hear, they tell you what you need to hear and do. I have very thin, long hair due to hormonal changes and am thrilled my hair is thicker now Kim is AUTHENTIC and knows her clients needs
I had my extensions professionally redone by a certified stylist in the Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE) method—someone trained in person and following real protocol. What I learned was both frustrating and validating: Kim wasn’t using IBE at all. Despite charging premium prices and claiming otherwise, her technique was completely off. Absolutely love The Authentic Collective! Kim is the first stylist I've had that gives me consistent results that I love (and I can be hard to please). I wouldn't trade her for the world. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
