Cardinal’s Roost is an excellent B&B with very personal service at a reasonable price. Tina went out of her way to make us comfortable.She accommodated dietary restrictions with care and served wonderful breakfasts. The coffee was excellent. The space and rooms are homey. Allen and Tina are great hosts that share their home and guests return to stay again.

Tena is a GEM! My boyfriend and I needed a weekend getaway and I am glad I chose Cardinal’s Roost Bed and Breakfast. She was very hospitable and accommodating to his dietary restrictions and my 1,001 questions! We will definitely be back again!

Our room was lovely, comfortable and well-appointed and Tena and Allen, our hosts, were responsive to any extra requests. They have put a lot of thought into their guests' needs - including providing all-day coffee, tea, snacks, and cold beverages in the lobby area. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, and Tena made sure that my husband's dairy allergy was taken into consideration with everything she made. Thank you, Tena and Allen, for a wonderful stay. Sorry for sharing our review so late. The location was perfect, quiet, and conveniently close to drive anywhere we wanted in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to relax and unwind after fun days exploring Lancaster. We greatly appreciate the welcome and hospitality from Tena and Allen. We will be back the next time we are in Lancaster. (I wish we had taken more photos of the inn!) Phil
