Had an amazing weekend and stay at the Cardinal Roost, Tena & Allen were great! They made the stay special for my bfs 30th birthday. The willow cottage was such a nice room we loved the hot tub & just the overall vibe it had. Breakfast was also great! We will definitely be coming back again soon!! (:
Great place for a weekend gettaway. The owners are amazing and made us feel very welcomed. The porch area is great to sit outside and watch the world pass by. The jetted spa in the room really helps you unwind, tanners outlet is a stones throw distance from the B&B also.
Definitely returning in the future for another weekend of antiquing. Zero complaints about our stay, the accommodations were exceptional. Everything was well maintained, clean, and the owners were extremely friendly, catering to our dietary restrictions and making sure we had a great stay.
My wife and I stayed here in early November. Tena and Allen run a gorgeous renovated early 20th Century home in rural Lancaster County just 15 minutes from downtown historic Lancaster. Our room was very nice and comfortable, and Tena has thought of everything to be in the room or available downstairs. Allen and Tena made a wonderful and delicious breakfast for all the guests the morning we were there. I highly recommend Cardinal's Roost for a weekend getaway!
Tena and Allen were incredibly welcoming and made our stay feel like we were at home. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and you can tell they really love what they do. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Lancaster area
