I have suffered insomnia for years. My brain just doesn't shut off. During a visit to the Eumundi markets I came across this product and it smelt wonderful. I bought the three pack that has pillow spray, massage oil and diffuser oil. It is amazing! It helps to relax the mind and body for a good night's sleep. I massage the oil into my grandchildren's feet (3 year old and 18 months) when they sleep over and they sleep through that night and sleep in until at least 7am.
