Takes weeks to get an appointment. The labs are only open when I'm at work and I can't go to another lab (because... avarice?) Dr's seem average. The rest of the staff is sub par. Been a patient for 20 years, but now that I realize that there isn't a single person at ADC that cares if I live or die, I figure there's no reason for me to continue. Hey, maybe they will just like you better and you will get better treatment. But I did warn you....
At the time I was able to “establish-care” with Dr.Jivantika Sindhav, who listened to my concerns and provided the service I needed. I was able to get my labs drawn the same day on-site as well! I think I was actually one of the last patients of Dr.Sindhav to establish care and get my labs drawn, as she has since moved to the Cedar Bend-location. Still worth the time to see her for your primary care needs!
I have been trying since May 2023 to get an erroneous bill resolved. To make a long story short, there was a mistake on the paperwork which resulted in my children's well checks not being covered [they have always been covered in the 16 years I have been at ADC]. After getting no response from infinite voicemails left by both me and my doctor (now at another practice) to the business office manager AND that person's boss, the Regional Director, I went in-person to the administrative assistant to the CEO and explained the sit... read more
Almost no follow up and no reminders are ever provided. It is up to you to remember and schedule your annual checkups be cause they will never call or remind you. My dog gets better treatment from his vet! As of March 2023, they still have not updated their mask policy!! This was the last straw!!! Three years later and they still have MANDATORY MASKING!!!
