The actual event space is great for weddings & events, but whoever is in charge of processing payments takes their dear, sweet time and it comes across as disrespectful to the client. It happened multiple times with myself and my wedding.
Sydney was a great venue manager and The Austin was a beautiful space for our perfect day!
I highly recommend The Austin as a wedding venue. The space perefctly embodies the downtown KC vibe while being very practical. We loved the outdoor space for our ceremony and as a hangout space during the reception. Sydney was an amazing point of contact and was always super responsive and helpful.
Everything about the Austin was 10/10. Everything was absolutely beautiful and they are super flexible on making sure that everything is set where you need it to be. The venue coordinator, Sydney made my experience of getting married there so easy and I was very thankful for her. The communication was so perfect and I felt very in the know. Sydney helped run the show!! The day of the wedding, the bar staff was amazing :) would 100% recommend.
