I have 8 veneers on my front teeth which were created by Aurum. 2 front veneers had a defect and ended up chipping 6 weeks ago. Aurum refused to come color match my original veneers and rather has sent my dental office 3 different replacements over the last month, all different colors. None of which match my teeth. They continue to refuse to come color match my other veneers even though other labs in Calgary do. Absolute disaster. My Dentist sent my appliance through 4X and Aurum refused the dentist’s advice on how to fix it, and advised the dentist to refund my money which is the right thing to do in a way, but… …In light of lost earnings at work (all the return visits) all I asked was to keep the appliance for a second opinion, and if a refund is required, at the very least give me time to make the transition without walking around like a zombie. The dentist inquired for me… But Aurum demanded I return it, in 24hours or no refund!... read more

I've been working with Aurum for the past few years and their lab work as well as customer service are both exceptional. In my 26 years in dental practice, I've worked with many labs and many different lab technicians. Aurum is by far at the very top of quality, design, attention to detail, and communication. Can't imagine doing my aesthetic cases without Aurum.
