I live in Maple Terrace and management never in the office and they don’t handle issues that you need handled with other tenants like loud music talking super loud and what not so you have to go above and beyond to take care of it because the tenants here in Maple Terrace feel entitled and they get away with everything and the good people our miserable
I’ve been on this list for years never got a call came back after 8yrs still didn’t get a response did multiple applications no one never even called emailed or nothing but I know a few people who just applied not even 3yrs ago and already in and apartment because they know the people in the office!!! Do better
