They never answer the phone. It goes straight to voicemail. Its very hard to get a hold of them especially when trying to make a maintenance request, and when they finally do answer they dont put in the work order. I feel constantly ignored by them, Ive left multiple voicemails and emails and they have rarely ever respond back. Very tacky office.

Maple terrace ..all the staff are awesome workers , Ad take good care of us .. The manager Dalmarie she always with a smile and willing help . Maria too she’s very great , the Maintenance Enrique and Don Miguel are awesome and they work very hard .. thank you all for all you guys do… Dalmarie Arroyo, Maria Godinez, Enrique , Miguel thank you I’ll give more than 10
