This community is wonderful. However, AVOID buying a PULTE home AT ALL COSTS. Buy from any other builder out here, there are plenty to choose from. Pulte has made promises to fix things for over 2 years and they are going back on their word now and saying they arent going to do the things they said they were going to do. Do not trust a single thing they tell you. They are dishonest crooks. Multiple homeowners are in the same boat as I am and there is discussion among the group of a class action lawsuit.
