It’s been almost a year now that I’ve been working with Aaron at the Aum Institute and I would highly recommend him, especially if you've done lots of therapy/personal growth work and you're ready for deeper breakthroughs. I have worked with Aaron for about a year - yoga and somatic therapy. He has been very insightful and makes connections which I've not seen before despite other work I've done previously. He has a sense of humour and nudges me "just enough" to realize these new understandings. Highly recommend as an alternative to traditional therapy.

I’ve had three sessions with Aaron at the Aum Institute, and the difference in my nervous system regulation has been remarkable. The work is subtle, gentle, and never intrusive — yet incredibly effective. Aaron has a compassionate presence and an intuitive sense of pacing, helping the body release what it’s ready for without forcing anything. I’ve made more progress in these sessions than in many other modalities I’ve tried. Highly recommend.

I first met Aaron and Alissa when they facilitated a Tantra workshop at a sex positive event I attended in 2019.
