If I could give no stars I would Sat in the ER for 17 hours unable to breathe. My daughter left to take a break and as soon as she left. They gave my bed away. I don’t think my problems were addressed even as a patient I was ignored every time I needed help which was only to open containers so I could drink but that was too much to ask. No towel was rag toothbrush for 4 days. Too much to ask for once again. And to this day I am struggling with the same things I went there for. (A problem that started back in November)
I would have given them a zero, but it didn't allow you to. My son sat in the ER room for 14 straight hours. Shaky and controllably having seizures and vomiting. Never seen a doctor. They did take his vitals every 5 hours. We ended up leaving because he had to get something to eat for the situation was just going to get worse. They should be ashamed of themselves people could die in that room just waiting on them to see a doctor.
They have hurt my wife they have put 5 iv,s in her arms they couldn't find veins but they tryed anyway the damn doctor didn't want to come up a let us know his name who he was we will never come back to this hospital three times she had severe chest pains but they couldn't find out why went the the doctor an he wanted to do a Cath on her hart but he,s not doing it some one don't know is doing it guess I'm to picky but she went through this in Cleveland clinic an he never met us an come to find out he was a arougant piece of ... read more
Not happy after my wife went in on Wednesday she hasn't got well enfact she has gotten worse an as big as aultman is they can't find a dam thing wrong with her but she gets sicker ever day but to day in going to take her to Pomeranian if they can't come up with what is wrong this is B's they even keeped her over the weekend guess they need the insurance money kelp her for no reason supposed to do hart cath today but it's been cancelled do to them not having a clue what's wrong with her B's B's B's
Just had major surgery on 27 January. From the time I arrived to get checked in to the time I was wheeled into surgery I could not have been treated with such great care. The two Doctors who were going to put me to sleep were outstanding. Surgical team did a great job of taking care of me. Nice job folks. My ICU nurse Jamie went out of her way to attend to all of my needs and questions. Maggie my nurse in the step down unit could not do enough to help me through the night. Aultman hospital is great overall but the ER is another story. The workers are nasty and don't even care. So sad. They for got about me when I was waiting to see a family.member in the ER. Then I called and she was not nice about it. They weren't even busy. Lost all respect.
Great hospital turned BAD! Waited hours in the er with my 86 year mother in severe pain. Watched people walk in and had little wait. Told she had many patience ahead of her. No hope!!! Taking her back home and hoping to have a nurse come out.
My daughter sat and suffered in pain for 10 hours beginning at 5:30 p.m. on 08/27/2021 until 3:30 a.m. on 08/28/2021. After those 10 grueling and exhausting hours she left because there were still people ahead of her - meaning more hours of waiting. Get your act together Aultman ER.
The single star is for the emergency room I went there last night had four people in front of me and watched them all go and come out then about a dozen more people filed in each and every one of them went before me so I asked "Do you know when is o Going to be my turn?" and they replied that your type of services require a special room. Now I'm no fool when it comes to the hospital's I was there to get a 1-hour IV drip of antibiotic every single room is equipped for that so they judge me according to how I look or what I wa... read more
