I just finished another glorious weekend at The August House. This was my second weekend staying at this beautiful inn, and I can’t wait to return again. The food was flavourful and plenty, there is complimentary coffee and tea in the second floor kitchenette, and even ice cream sandwiches (they truly think of everything) for a sweet taste of summer! Lovely place to stay, friendly staff. Breakfast included Bedard Bakery sourdough and might include the croissants as well which was amazing. The yogurt with cinnamon was great as well. Has 2 common area to either place some board games or relax and read/social. Suana was available but need to give staff a hour notice to set up.
What an incredibly special place The August House is. My partner and I stayed here for a few days when an AirBnB suddenly fell through for us and we could not have been luckier to find this special hotel. It's a stunning space with every room beautifully decorated and cared for, you cannot help but feel relaxed and at peace here. It's luxurious, comfortable and Melissa's breakfasts are amazing!
