We had a lovely stay at The August House while attending an event in Wolfville. The owners are so friendly and accessible by text or call. Self check-in was nice. The room was beautiful and spacious with a very comfortable king bed. Breakfast was delicious. We appreciated all the thoughtful details in every space in the inn. Lots of great walking trails and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend!
What a delight. The Team at August House hosted our daughter’s wedding this past weekend and it was impeccable. Everything and I mean everything was perfectly executed. Stunning guest rooms and common areas. Warm and welcoming service. The owners and staff were so, so kind. The entire event was all smiles, we were made to feel completely special. Yep… another 5 star review. The August House is beautifully renovated and decorated, but what really stands out is the attention to detail. Everywhere you turn, there is a thoughtful amenity. Huge and thick bath towels. Umbrellas in the entry way. Ice cream bars in a communal freezer. And a fabulous breakfast included in the room rate. The owners clearly sweat every detail. Phenomenal.
