I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve never met a staff like the one here in all my years of going to any doctors office. They are absolutely amazing! From the two awesome receptionist to the lab techs, ultrasound techs the amazing Dr. Alchyib and of course the lovely Windi (midwife) they all made me feel like a part of their family from the first day I walked in the door. Terrible, unprofessional service and rude! Doctor keeps in the background "busy" to not face the organizational problems they have. I needed URGENTLY a test result but nobody was bothered to help. Not even after calling them desperately from overseas many times. Never experienced something like this! Go to another doctor.
I've been going here for the past 3 years and I love it ! The staff are so friendly and compassionate. Dr. Liang is amazing! I love everyone at Augury! May God bless them all �
I've been going here for years. The staff and doctors are great. I've referred a few of my friends here and they've all had great experiences as well. It's wonderful to have a place dedicated to women's health in Ridgewood.
