Dr Signe Steers was incredible with my 4-year-old daughter. From the moment we walked in, she made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She turned the entire appointment into a game, so my daughter had so much fun and genuinely loved the experience. Dr Signe was also wonderful in her communication with me, she explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure we received our report in time for our ENT appointment. Both ladies here are awesome!!! They fit me in same day and last minute even though I had never been here before. I tried for weeks to book in at another clinic but it never worked out. We cannot recommend Dr Signe Steers and the team at The Audiology Place Forestville highly enough. Our parents had unfortunately received very poor support from their previous audiologist for several years — badly fitting devices, inappropriate hearing aids, and extremely poor customer service. Dr Steers is absolutely fantastic. I took my 8 year old son for an auditory processing assessment due to a number of issues he had been having at school and a long history of glue ear. Dr Steers was supportive, informative, highly skilled and most importantly a total legend with my son. Made him feel welcome, supported and safe. Got an appointment the same day I called! For anyone who has wax buildup and needs their ears cleaned this is the place! Charnel was so efficient, professional and gentle - I will be coming back for my ear maintenance.
