Dr Signe Steers was incredible with my 4-year-old daughter. From the moment we walked in, she made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She turned the entire appointment into a game, so my daughter had so much fun and genuinely loved the experience. Dr Signe was also wonderful in her communication with me, she explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to ensure we received our report in time for our ENT appointment. Both ladies here are awesome!!! They fit me in same day and last minute even though I had never been here before. I tried for weeks to book in at another clinic but it never worked out. Trusted Google reviews to find me another clinic and came across these guys! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles! Such a calm environment and such a beautiful clinic. Dr Signe at the Audiology Place is amazing! The microsuction procedure to unblock my surfers ear was effective almost immediately. I can't believe I wasn't aware of the procedure before. No more having to deal with blocked ears for days on end again. Thanks again.
Dr Steers is absolutely fantastic. I took my 8 year old son for an auditory processing assessment due to a number of issues he had been having at school and a long history of glue ear. Dr Steers was supportive, informative, highly skilled and most importantly a total legend with my son. Made him feel welcome, supported and safe.
