Dr Signe Steers was incredible with my 4-year-old daughter. From the moment we walked in, she made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. She turned the entire appointment into a game, so my daughter had so much fun and genuinely loved the experience. I cannot recommend The Audiology Place in Forestville highly enough. After a frustrating experience with a large corporate hearing company where I felt like just another 'number' on a sales sheet, finding this clinic was a breath of fresh air. We cannot recommend Dr Signe Steers and the team at The Audiology Place Forestville highly enough. Our parents had unfortunately received very poor support from their previous audiologist for several years — badly fitting devices, inappropriate hearing aids, and extremely poor customer service. Both ladies here are awesome!!! They fit me in same day and last minute even though I had never been here before. I tried for weeks to book in at another clinic but it never worked out. Dr Signe at the Audiology Place is amazing! The microsuction procedure to unblock my surfers ear was effective almost immediately. I can't believe I wasn't aware of the procedure before. No more having to deal with blocked ears for days on end again. Thanks again.
