Signe was very knowledgeable, was able to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. She is thorough in her assessing, much more so than other audiologists I have been to. She is warm and genuinely wants her clients to have a positive experience. She doesn’t overcharge. Highly recommend her.
I was super impressed with this business across many facets. It was really easy to book an appointment and the staff were really accommodating to fit me in with an appointment quickly. Dr. Steers was very thorough when describing the ear wax removal process and made me feel very comfortable. The tools she used were very state-of-the-art and the whole process was very streamlined. I highly recommend a visit to the Audiology place. Im 40, but have been struggling for the last 5 years with a plethora of sudden onset cognitive and auditory issues. Dr.Singe actually listened and was able to provide a lot of clarity into what I have been experiencing - which has been incredibly scary and life changing. Dr Signe Steers was so friendly and knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time through the earwax removal process. I left the place with the clearest ears I’ve had in ages! Thank you Dr Steers!
