Dr Steers is absolutely fantastic. I took my 8 year old son for an auditory processing assessment due to a number of issues he had been having at school and a long history of glue ear. Dr Steers was supportive, informative, highly skilled and most importantly a total legend with my son. Made him feel welcome, supported and safe. Signe was very knowledgeable, was able to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. She is thorough in her assessing, much more so than other audiologists I have been to. She is warm and genuinely wants her clients to have a positive experience. She doesn’t overcharge. Highly recommend her.
As a slightly younger person than the “norm”, I originally went to an audiologist where I had a very frustrating experience. She was limited in her knowledge of hearing aids, & it was clear her specialty was for the elderly where one style was suitable for most.
