Janie is amazing and the front desk staff is so very sweet, warm and welcoming. I love Janie because not only is she professional, but she is also relatable. She has a job to do, but she takes her time, and she explains the entire process to you, answers questions and provides resources. I am grateful for this practice and while it takes me an hour to drive there---it is so very worth it and I highly recommend this business for all your Audiology needs.
I started coming to the audiologist office in Warsaw this year 2025 the office was cute and very homey their receptionist is a sweetheart! Kim was the person who helped me she was so helpful and explained the whole process from beginning to the end goal!, first day she did a hearing test to see where I was at, she did discover some water in my ears to which she recommended a ENT to see first before we followed through with the end goal, after my appointment with the ENT I was cleared to proceed with my end goal was Hearing A... read more
