If I could give a negative number rating I would . This business is unprofessional and not trustworthy. I originally worked with this company for my 94 year old mother. She wanted an in the ear hearing aid. They said they couldn’t do it and my mom was confused and agreed to the over the ear. I called and cancelled immediately and spoke to the audiologist. I called today, here is how it went...”Hello, I would be interested in hearing and learning more about earplugs and monitors for musicians (it’s on your website).” I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes then, Receptionist: “you’ll have to come in and make an appointment.” “But, I just have a few questions....” “I can’t help you, you need to make an appointment...” Really lady?
I am extremely pleased with Dr. Brodsky. She was prompt (as was I). She was thorough, gave simple directions, and gave me a good explanation of my hearing loss. Also, she took more time with me to answer questions than most doctors do now. I came out of there knowing what caused the hearing loss, the mechanics of it, and the prognosis. She also referred me to an ENT. I would definitely see her again if necessary.
