Great experience here with Kurt. Came in with a few questions about speakers and he was extremely helpful. Wide selection of marvelous products.
Great selection of products, helpful staff. They've got everything from entry level hifi gear to stuff that you will have to take out a new mortgage for. Very helpful for repairing equipment as well and they are honest in their recommendations, they don't oversell things you don't need.
Marcos was our guide through some recent upgrades in hi-fi land, which has changed a lot since our last experience over a decade ago. Marcos made the effort to learn our musical preferences and our level of commitment to listening for musical detail, so he knew just what to put in front of us. That was a big deal! We are now hearing musical details we had been missing for a long, long time. Thanks a million Marcos and Audio Room!
