Do not buy from this place see my google review for full info. There also now a fake 5 star review calling out my review. There’s way too much praise and knowledge of audio equipment to not be a fake review. Haha whatever the owner just keeps making it worse on himself. Honest & Knowledgeable with fair pricing
Rich, the owner , instilled my trust in him as I don't know a lot about audio equipment. He sold and installed a system in my home that was totally inappropriate for the mere fact that even though my home had speakers on all three floors tied into the old sound system that was there when I purchased the house he sold me a fancy system, an very expensive one that lacked the capacity to plug in all the zones in my home so that when I have a party which usually is on my first floor, you can't listen to the music unless you do a... read more
Just find another store, even if you have to drive to Raleigh or Charlotte, you will thank me later. Don't even go near the building.
bad service – I did not feel the owners were honest with me and the service was very disappointing. I would suggest going to a different store.
