Really knowledgeable and helpful team in there. My turntable got broken in a relocation. They Installed a broken cartridge and replaced a specific power cable. Huge range of hi fi and definitely the go to for Kef speakers to test and buy
A quick shout out to Kee and the crew at The Audio Experts who recently assisted me through the purchase of a CD Player from them. The whole thing went pretty smoothly (a issue caused by the initial courier company was resolved quickly and efficiently and Kee kept me updated through the process of them sorting it out). The CD player arrived promptly in the end and I am very happy with the purchase and the great customer service.
