I went to work here as a nurse. I was discriminated against for my tattoos. As if tattoos make me less knowledgeable. I graduated from a very respectable college. I went to work for 2 hours and realized I don’t want to work anywhere where I am being discriminated against. I would never return, nor recommend this place to anyone. Also, new nurses get paid just the same as seasoned nurses. It’s the same starting pay for everyone. LOW. Don’t devalue yourselves nurses. You deserve better.
I live out of state, so my only contact with my aunt is by phone only. I call, somedays, for a few hours only to get voice mail. I've left messages to have her call me, that has happened once. Definitely need to work on phone contact!
The Auberge staff are tremendous! Such a positive and warm atmosphere. Everyone is very caring and try hard to please. Also the facility is beautiful and well kept. We are very happy with our mother’s care.
I have been employed for over 40 years for a number of employers and have found working at The Auberge of Naperville continues to be my very favorite place to work, especially due to the current professional, compassionate and dedicated Management Leadership and Staff who make The Auberge of Naperville seemingly very successful. In closing, I am very proud and elated to be a part of the team working alongside the Residents, which is where my heart is!
