This place is a disaster I wouldn’t recommend bringing your family members here the place is short staff it says assisted living facility it is no where near that everyone is total care an should be in a skill facility or behavioral hospital but instead you get hit an poop slung on you management is a complete failure they don’t care about the complaints from staff or residents every body just doing what the want to when they want to there is no organization in this place at all the facility is not being ran correctly you go... read more

My mom has been at The Auberge for 5 months now and I couldn't be happier. From my first meeting with Brenda, to continuous communication with Apollo, and Linsey, they have provided an open, transparent and communicative environment that puts my mind at ease. The staff is empathetic, supportive and they really seem to care about mom. When I go to visit, they shares stories of how mom is doing, and they take the time to listen on the days I am struggling. This is a great facility that is well maintained, but the best thing about this place is the staff. They are great! They treat the residents like their own family. You can’t ask for anything better than that. I would recommend this place and especially this staff to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.
